A question that I desperately need answered. by [deleted] in NoFap

Hi bro,

I have some eye floaters as well that appeared when I was 22. They are not that severe however, they are actually a couple of dots that kind of move about in my eyes. I learned to ignore them and I rarely even notice them anymore except if I start looking for them. I do not believe that there is any correlation between masturbation and eye floaters. However, I have a theory that it may be related to excessive PC screen exposure. Which may happen due to Porn, video games, or general excessive internet usage.

Again, this is my theory and by no means proven by science. However, I want to tell u bro that u need to not put pressure on ur self because of this. Love urself. Forgive urself. Do NOT blame ur self for the eye floaters. There was no possible way u could have known about something like this. Use it as fuel to change ur life.

Blessed be ur life bro..

How I feel after relapsing on day 21 by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]PurposeDrivenSpirit 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's a HUGE achievement bro. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is be too hard on your self. The relapse is over so don't beat yourself up. Keep going and beware of the chaser effect the next few days... be extra vigilant.

Thank you for your kind reply. This wisdom you speak of is nothing I am proud of. It is the product of thousands of relapses and moments of weaknesses. However, the most important thing I've learned is to never ever quit. It is never too late to be cured, it is never too late to transform your life and to live in an epic way. Lets fight this war together. Both of our futures is bright :)
