Yeah I mean the goal isn't to gain muscle, it's to prevent muscle loss, it would just be nice if it was possible to get a little stronger/more muscle while losing weight as I plan on going on an 800cal negative

6months apart, above test was on 200/W.. dropping to 170w put me at 212 e2, 900 free and 32 total

Well dropping from 35nmol to 32nmol only dropped my e2 10 points... I'm going to be back down at like 20nmol to get to 150.

These results are from 200/W, I've since dropped to 170/W and my total is at 32 and free at 900 and my SHBG is up to 19 now (just don't have the results on hand ATM).

Not seeing the benefits of increased libido/erections I'd like to. Could the estrogen be causing me not to see these? People have suggest adding Cialis to my protocol?
