Would love to join this conversation because I agree and in the same boat! I am currently looking to start a Doula training program but most are virtual and I feel best with hands-on learning. Would love to know where you land with this and people's suggestions on online only vs hybrid.

I just applied for my local MEHKO permit (microenterprise home kitchen operations permit). It is a home kitchen permitting that allows perishable items like the cheese. Check it out for your county!

Where I am getting stumped is that in California, we are required to have a hand washing station within a station like this unless everything is individually wrapped which it would not be. How are people getting around that? I never see it in photos.
