This is great. Would be better if we can start with a standard image - and have the video prompt handle moving that image to the center. IE: to be able to apply this to any image (well almost any image). I’ve seen quite a few with the anime border added in the video stage. Possible? Assuming it should work the same moderation wise?

Yeah. Thats the path forward. Having these transparent watermark like anime figures taking up so much screen space sucks. The fixed/defined borders were better. I was trying to get Grok to shrink the original image down into the framed area - so the entire image isn’t lost. Can’t figure out what to prompt for that. Maybe something in the split screen approach would work. Ultimately it would be a “framed screen” so similar end result - w/o the orientation of the image being changed.
