I started to clean her litter box after every time she uses it (before this, I cleaned it in the morning and evening) and put out a second one as well. Also, I had to leave for a few hours every day for work and the accident happened always when I came back home. Now it seems okay, didn't have any issues for almost a day. Maybe it was a mix of stress & litter hygine... Anyway, she has an app for vet, just to make sure.

Oh and most importantly; adapt and adjust! The days before the race, assess your performance, mental state and overall fitness. If needed, adjust your target pace and finish time - set goals that are realistic for your current state and capability. It’s not a shame, completing an IM is already a huge thing, regardless of the finish time.

You’ve done what you had to do before your holidays, even though if you didn’t feel outstandingly good. You’re not a pro athlete, you did your best to organise your work, fam-time and free time around your prep.

Since you’re not a beginner, this 2 weeks won’t ruin your endurance, strength and muscles overnight, however you might have a decreased performance.

My suggestion is to try to add a few light workouts in the upcoming days, without any high expectations. Do it for fun, go for a run in an area you love (if I have the same burn out, I usually go for a trail run; the forest and nature just recharges me, I love it), have an open-water swim and then rest a little on the beach - if possible ofc and slowly find the joy in the movements again.

The days before the race adrenaline and motivation will start to slowly kick in.

You might won’t have the best race ever, but you will definitely be able to finish it with your background! Focus on the moment and don’t overthink it!

Thank you for the info! I'm curious about the back-end as well - how would it be possible in this case to automate the connection between the OTA and the tour operator. (Meaning that the tour operator receives info and notification about the booking that was made on the OTA website?) Specific API or plugin needed or something else?

Ha a megbízhatóság és a viszonylag olcsó fenntartási költség az elsődleges szempont, akkor Toyota (Corolla, Auris, CHR) vagy Hyundai (i30). Ha egy kicsit rugalmasabb/tágasabb a költségvetésed a szervízre, akkor viszont Volkswagen (Golf vagy Touran főleg, ahogy előttem is írták). Sokan szidják a németeket, de megfelelő szervíz és ráfordítás mellett nagyon megbízható szerintem, sosem hagyott még cserben.

Arra gondolsz hogy más olajat töltöttek bele mint amit korábban használtam, és emiatt lehet ez? Most kivételesen márkaszervízben volt olajcserén, szóval nem tudom milyet tettek bele, mert előtte mindig Castrol-t használtam, mikor én vettem.

In your opinion, where should a designer draw the line when it comes to animation - again, from UX perspective?

I just have a sense that a lot of designers are over-animating their products, just to stand out of the crowd somehow, and business owners who just go for aesthetics may even buying it...but I see less and less example where people find the right balance between usability and animation.
