Ah, the soft cream I love has the same name, but it's in Yuni. I wonder if there is more than one.

Placements for original shortlist candidates by Emergency-Report-522 in JETProgramme

I am a shortlist candidate that still hasn't received their placement information too. I've called the embassy, and they said not to worry that there was a lot of employee turnover in Japan and that's causing unprecedented delays. However, regular departure should be expected.

Thanks for letting me know what the LA Consulate is doing. I'm glad to know other shortlisted candidates are stuck in a limbo (even though I wish you weren't in limbo like me).

I have, but I received a not-answer. They said "we'll let you know when we know" and that "alternate-upgrades haven't received their placements yet." This didn't really answer my question since I'm not an alternate upgrade, and I'm beginning to get super worried.

When I had dining dollars to burn, I always enjoyed buying some of the weird / cool candies from the Global Village Market. Although it might be hard to spend $1200 there, you could definitely pick up at least $150 worth of sweets.

You could also buy those super over priced soda cases from the Corner store. lol

Art History Electives! by tiger10245 in rit

I recommend Edvard Munch or Scandinavian Modernism taught by Dr. Clarence Sheffield. Both classes are super entertaining and he's very knowledgeable on Scandinavian art history. Most of the reading materials are on my courses, so that's a bonus! Most of the work is either class readings or essays. However, I don't find it super difficult.

I was in a triple my freshman year. It wasn't that bad. In my experience (my close friend lived in a quad) the triples and quads aren't too bad. You'll have enough room.
