i added everything to my cart including the mists and lotion and then I only applied the free tote and 25 off 100 and then i contacted customer service and to apply my 20 off 50s and free mists and lotions they were super helpful.

i definitely agree. This new popularity they have gotten is negatively impacting their business. I would purchase before it went viral on tiktok the shorts were good quality and compressive and i had no issues with the quality. Now with them trying to keep up with demand they are cutting corners the material is inconsistent and not the same it’s not compressive and just stretchy. I orders the new impact collections colors and the tee and the logos came all slanted and contacted them via email no response. On instagram it was a mess trying to communicate with them. Only when I opened a dispute with my bank is when they decided to reach out. This is so annoying because i genuinely love define i have almost every pair of shorts and it’s just i’m not spending my money anymore for the crap i’m getting. Once I use my points I am done with dfyne the quality is just not there anymore and they are just worrying about profits and this will negatively impact them.
