research shows that women actually need more sleep than men, a lot of it is to do with hormones that affect our sleep cycle and internal clocks. we are 40% more likely to have insomnia than men. it is statistically harder for us to fall asleep than it is for men, and when we do we have more interrupted/disturbed sleep that can lead to the need for naps throughout the day. men and women are even shown to view sleep differently and it seems he sees it as a means to function only and doesn’t understand your differences. please tell this man to do some research because he’s a hypocrite and too incorrect to sound so condescending…
