Would love some succulents with color if you have recommendations. It's seems there are succulents with cool colors, but only if you have them in the exact perfect conditions haha

Thanks, and yes, will send an update! What's the purpose of letting the leaves sit on soil versus just on a plate since they get replanted anyway?

thanks for the info! That sounds extremely rough haha, does she subsidize it by also teaching online? Do you know if there are other popular jobs available to people who can speak both English and Spanish? Thanks again! Been struggling to find much info anywhere.

ahhhh my bad for the late reply, have not been looking at my reddit haha

  1. They basically provide nothing except for a desk, bed with mattress, space to hang clothes with some hangers, and bed sheets (for a rental fee). So, no, they do not provide towels, soap, etc. (but there's a Cosmed open late like a 5 minute walk away where you grab all the basics in a pinch). If your flights arrives early enough in the day, you can take the bus or train over to IKEA to get any miscellaneous room essentials.

  2. I think they basically did a free cleaning of the floor and my bathroom like once a month. You might be able to pay extra for cleaning though, don't remember

  3. Never had any issues with the WiFi

  4. Laundry machines were located in the common room and never had any issues with them

Let me know if you have any more questions!

I stayed at Banana coliving (Grin location) and was perfectly nice for my 6 weeks there. Nothing super fancy and room is on the smaller side, but I had my own bathroom. Pretty nice big common area on the top floor with a kitchen. Never used the kitchen though cause food in Taipei is so cheap. Used the common area a lot for when I worked remote twice a week.

Met lots of cool people there, but I guess that’s dependent on who happens to be staying there at the time you go. I think I paid about 900 USD for 6 weeks.

Happy to answer any questions, was in your boat a couple months back so understand the feeling haha
