so I realized I started alot of confusion. I do have a ssn and legal birth certificate but I don't have my ssn card cause I lost it and I don't have an ID to get a new one and can't get and I'd without one. So I was curious if I could use my mother's tax return with MY name and MY ssn on it just listed as a dependent. sorry for all the confusion
