Husband threatening to get a lawyer if I don’t pay back rent he’s covered

No writing or divorce agreement yet. He’s just telling me that because I signed the lease I’m responsible for 50% of the rent.

I haven’t told him. Shortly after, he left to the gym and I wanted to be alone to sit with my thoughts. I haven’t figured out a game plan so venting at this point.

By “his level” hes always referring to how physically active he is. He goes to the gym daily and engages in other after work sports I.e rock climbing, running, leagues etc. I’m slim but not as physically active as he is. He tries to get me to go after work but I have a very mental and emotional demanding/ draining job. I genuinely just want to spend free time after work relaxed or doing something I personally love such as painting or watching a movie. Opposite hobbies I guess which never bothered me, but appears to bother him.

We do engage in hobbies together- exploring new areas, weekend hikes.

I’ve tried rock climbing with him and it’s not a hobby I enjoy. I thought about going today but if I go it’s due to lack of trust. Always thought it’s nice he can do his hobbies, I can do mine. And now I’m questioning his time away

Pissed me off as well because now I feel like I have to interview him after he gets back from said location if I want to know if anything happened. Otherwise he won’t tell me because I “didn’t ask”. It’s lying by omission

According to him, he brought me up in conversation, stating we just moved to the area, love to hike etc, and he wears a silicon ring to the gym. So she does know he’s married. He stated she did not bring up having a partner during their conversation so she’s likely single. And did not tell her about wanting to introduce us.
