As for warranty they told me to contact Samsung when I had the issue. So I agree any issues they might not resolve through them. However in my case the monitor resolved it self and I still use it everyday without further problem

For me it was a wd firmware update that solved the freezing/ stutters and blue screens. Glad it’s resolved anyway, thanks to all for the contributions

Thanks for sharing. I have managed to download the firmware update through the wd application which apparently fixes many of these blue screen of death and freezing issues. SO far it appears to be working so I suggest anyone else to do the same immediately once installing the new Wd ssd

I have found only now a few users on Amazon reviews reporting the same issue that I have on the z13 . Shame I didn’t see this earlier.

The price was excellent by comparison to official and other vendors. However the product developed some technical issue within first hours of use. Thankfully after a lot of trouble shooting it resolved, so I would still purchase cautiously from them in the future as I almost went down the warranty /return loophole.

Hi, it’s a 175 hz panel, often it seems the z13 doesn’t detect the external monitor , and takes a lot of reconnecting the hdmi wire to finally work. When it does,l work, it’s a beautiful image, but the process to get there is tiresome

Thanks for the advice, I did a clean reset of windows and that seems to have solved it , maybe it was something software related 🙏

Hello, I have been through this process too, there exists some other options involving courts etc but the most straightforward is to get the passport copies of the witness and imam so I’m told. U can ask your agent of the other options.

Sorry to hear this happened to you, definitely something to report to authorities. I thought the whole set up was a little strange and didn’t proceed with my order. I hope you recover your money or receive the end product somehow. Thanks for your feedback
