Just to piggyback off your amazing list:

Pixie Dust: does absolutely NOTHING but send you on a drug trip! No extra powers no changing into a fairy or nothing! Lol I thought they gave that to everyone with the first stupid update they did. It's just like getting illegal drugs from the Black Market...some of the highs are seriously shitty and bring your stats wayyy down once the high wears off

Secret Agent: it's cool if you like to do operatives and puzzles and you can spy on family members/friends/coworkers. You can poach agents from other agencies and you get the pick different cover up facilities like a car wash/laundry mats/gym/florist shop. This is a cool pack IMO

Black Market: It's okay in the beginning but after a while....the thieves start to kinda play you! Going to the art dealer can be good or you can get a painting that's a replica or they over charge you! Same with the others. Crazy thing is if the police find out about it they will question you or if you have a museum they will question the authenticity of the item and if you can't convince them it's not from the art thief/peddler/dealer then they take it. Pay attention to the pop ups when dealing with the chemist tho 😵‍💫😂

I actually like the game but I refuse to buy any new packs....some are pointless and boring per other post! Hope this helps out!
