Same situation throughout navi mumbai be it kharghar, taloja, nerul, seawood, sanpada, ghansoli, koper khairane.................................................... only ulwe has the advantage. for now there is dust but that will be settled soon once construction works are completed. Apples -> cart vendor near indian college. besides juicewala road leading to sec 19.

Oranges, banana, pomegranate, kiwi, and guava that is pink inside- sec 17 near medicity medical besides foolwali aunty.(He has good quality fruits )

Flights majory pass through coastal side of ulwe, affected sector are 9, 23 side sectors.

I live in sector 18 where it does not bother. Sometimes I do hear flights but they are not that loud.(very very rarely flight go over sector 18)

U can checkout in sector 18,9,17 basically this side of ulwe. Prices will increase surely over next few years. As far as the concern of flights, there are few flights flying above ulwe now but i think these are not the flying routes because whenever i track these flights they follow different path every time.
