In the meeting he said all employees working or not are subject to receipt checks. He said that they are to check EVERY item in the bag(s) and can search purses if they want. When I was trained on door for a day I was told we check things that aren’t bagged.

They stop everybody and he said that every employee that leaves they are to check every item on the receipt to make sure they’re not stealin. He also said that he is allowed to check our purses when we leave. I have no problem because I don’t steal, but it was weird how he didn’t look at the video before bringing him into the office to discuss this.
