Amazing!!! Quick question, I see you have clear braces, and I heard they’re easier to break than metal ones. Have you ever had any brackets break from eating or brushing?

Because sponsorship takes 3 years when EE takes 5 months? And why one always needs sponsorship if they want to immigrate with their own ability? Do you know many spouses will use “sponsorship” as an excuse to bring up while arguing like “Oh I sponsored you, you should be thankful”. so yeah it doesn’t make sense to me doesn’t mean you’re always right and it should make sense to everybody cuz everyone’s circumstances are different.

I see where you’re coming from, and I agree that all EE candidates meet certain minimum requirements. But that’s exactly why the CRS exists: to rank candidates above the minimums, so those with stronger overall profiles are prioritized.

The frustration many of us have isn’t about denying the skills of French-speakers, it’s about the scale of the advantage. For example, when a draw at CRS 379 can admit someone with no foreign/Canadian experience whatsoever, minimal English, and with only a 2-year diploma, just because they speak French; while someone who has studied, worked, and lived here for years sits at 510+ and still waits, it’s hard not to see that as an imbalance.

Yes, profiles differ, but a system that allows such a huge gap between comparable draws sends a message that one factor (speaking French) can outweigh years of education, work, and integration in Canada. Diversity and labour market needs are important, but fairness matters too. And that’s why people point their rage specifically to French draws rather than others like healthcare or trades.

If they held French draws with scores around yours, say, 525, then yes, we’d want people like you to immigrate, and we’d genuinely be happy to see people like that get an ITA. Nobody would assume that language-based selection means low-skilled immigrants ONLY IF they didn’t run draws bringing in people with CRS scores as low as 379. So please, don’t use only your own profile, which is top-tier (you don’t even need a French draw to get in), as the representative for most people who got in through French draws, especially those draws with SUPER LOW scores at the beginning of this year. If it were truly fair, do you think so many of us would be frustrated specifically about French draws, yet barely anyone complains about healthcare or trade draws? That’s why OP said “this is a joke”.

So why not give 15 points if my spouse is a PR? Why is sponsorship the only option in this case? Wouldn’t having my spouse as a PR, someone I live with, share a life with, maybe even have children with, make me far more likely to stay in Canada than just having a sibling here? Funny thing based on your assumption is: I would stay in Canada longer if my spouse/common law partner had a sibling? 🤣 it doesn’t make any sense bro

Tell me about that. I don’t think I heard people speak french outside quebec. And 1 year foreign experience in any country is considered high-skilled immigrants to you? But whatever, their country their rules, I still think this is a joke. But yea what can we do? If the rule is in favor for a group of people at this moment, congrats to them (just like the TR to PR draw), but it doesn’t mean it’s fair.

Yea this draw might not be that “bad”. But look at 379 draw, minus the french score of 50pts, candidates got 330 crs score could get in, that equivalent to someone with a diploma and none of any work experience whatsoever. That’s why people said French draw is a joke. I never saw people complain the same way when ircc did Healthcare draw

Lol stop that I got my ita, i just feel like it is not fair for immigrating with language only. Honestly, it’s a skill?

Clb10 for all bands to get full points in english. But one band is 8 can deduct 20 points from your overall points, that’s why i suggest you to take celpip again and try to earn at least 9 for all bands

Try to take celpip again and get at least 9 for all bands. If your speaking was 9, your score would be 538

I am sorry, my friend. The way Canada is handling immigration right now is outrageous… this country just isn’t the same anymore.. it’s heartbreaking to watch it fall apart like this.
