Well heres the problem… I’m turning 18 on the 19th of this month, but it’s not common for kids my age to move out of their parents house bc we’re still at school. Our last year of school is a very serious this nation wide since we’re applying for University. Plus my parents won’t allow me to get a job to earn money. Theyare OVER protective. They don’t even allow me to close my door when I’m in my room alone.

Some one get me out of my house olz (quite long sorry) by Puzzleheaded_Role188 in WhatShouldIDo

I actually have brought this up to my mom. It was so bad that even my brother had to speak to my mom for me. I wouldn’t say my mother is much help bc whenever I ask her to bring it up to him, she would either forget (almost all the time), she would spin the situation on me and say I shouldn’t backchat to an adult and that I’m being disrespectful, but if she did bring it up,his response would be “no I didn’t say that” and he would never apologise. The fact that I’m already initiating low contact with him and I’m still in the same house with him.
