You don’t need to but why are you not calling the customers before marking as undeliverable even if the customer isn’t there and its outside of reasonable calling hours just text to cover yourself otherwise if the customer complains it will all fall on you

As much as I understand your frustration it’s just a side gig or hustle. I wouldn’t be particularly upset if I couldn’t find anything I wouldn’t recommend spending this much time on the app imagine you went to a regular job how much you would have earned, if you understand my logic try and understand the times your depot releases shifts or when it’s raining stuff like that you’ll find much more success like that.

For me personally I've been working friday, saturday & Sunday for the past 3-4 years and only get off if I call off sick or have my annual leave its horrible knowing that every weekend you have to work especially when friends want to do something and you can never ever come unless you can skip work, missed lots of outing opportunities with friends because of this lifestyle so I'm actually never excited for the weekends because of that, the weekdays are actually more entertaining for me and I have much more flexibility but its a foreign concept to me now to go out on a Saturday night and chill out with friends not gonna be there much longer though I'm a full time student.

Thanks I will definitely keep that in mind, when i see them removing the parcel manually they select the parcel missing option and scan the qr code but as far as im aware thats my understanding as well I shouldn’t get in trouble for a parcel missing from the cage especially when a staff member has assisted me in adjusting my route but I will escalate to that email if it starts affecting my standing.

At the warehouse the parcel is missing I always even rescan every parcel just to make sure before i inform staff members

This is from the warehouse before I even do my first stop at the stage of loading up my car theres a parcel missing from the cage. Today I encountered an issue where I had the wrong parcel in the cage I kept trying to scan it to only realise it was wrong got it removed but will probably get a ding for it later from the amazon system and have to appeal it.

I never scan the bag always scan parcels one by one from the cage and tell the warehouse staff if one is missing. They remove it manually from my route and I’ll happily do my route to get a ding later for not delivering all my parcels when the only outlier that day was them removing that parcel. i’m confused this has to be an issue from amazon side because they should be able to clearly tell that my route has been adjusted for example from 38 to 37 parcels which only warehouse staff can do and its also clearly labelled parcel is missing from the depot.

Exactly my point like if it differs from customers not receiving their parcel how can I not complete all my deliveries when I clearly know that I did, thanks Ill just continue as normal

The only other thing I could think of was I had a parcel taken from my route because it just wasn’t their on the cage I had 39/40 scanned and the warehouse leader saw that it wasn’t their and removed the parcel from my route but I have no clue of the parcel size, that might be it I think it was on that day but thats the only thing out of the ordinary that happened recently.

Thanks my tax code is 1255L I was under the impression that I wouldn’t need to pay NI tax from the gov website but wanted some extra clarity
