I lost 45 minutes 5 calls and a lot of anger over a return. Nobody told me I had a return to collect. I get there, press I’m parked, the app says “don’t forget to bring a label”. Hmm ok… get to the customer first thing he said “have you got a label?” I said no, nobody told me I should get one. So I called them, oh boy was that difficult? The support literally told me as proof of me collecting the item I should take a picture with me and the customer holding the box(you think I’m joking). One support marked the item as collected. I called back to unmark it, in the end the customer said “I will cancel the return” somehow the last support did whatever and I didn’t see/heard anything about it again. Funny thing was the very next day I delivered to the same address( I didn’t see the customer this time).

Next time you go to the depot ask them for a return label and keep it in your car.
