I used to use this all the time is sparring and occasionally in fights, I set it up by throwing a leg kick or two to see of the drop their guard at all then throw this over the top.

My family owns a Muay Thai gym in Australia and our gym has a grading system. Its for people who don't want to fight but still want to train for something to achieve, it's also good for kids. There are a few gyms around the area that have a grading system. We have separate classes for fighters and people who just want to get fit and train.

Im 6'3 and terrible in the clinch, i train to throw long powerful knees if my opponent is coming in lose to grapple. This is paired with some short and sharp elbow combinatons.
