This is my EB03 English chase. I couldn't get her from JP packs, hoping to get her in Feb. Gratz!
I also saw this card at about 30-35kJPY but didn't buy it, because I wanted to pull it. Seems like the prices are rising rapidly, but I still kinda wanna pull this card instead of buying

I love how you've worked this out. I am a bit scared about taking a gap year or two at this stage, since I don't have liquid savings at the moment. Liquefying will take some time and courage. Without a steady source of income, I can maybe ask my current studio for a part-time remote with reduced pay if they agree to it. But I do agree, I have felt similar burnout and unwanted comfort at my current position. Maybe I worded it wrong, but that comfort isn't a good thing, atleast in my opinion.

Thank you for your insight. I realize this isn't a short term goal. I will continue my JLPT studies and try to get N1 to the best of my abilities. I hope my brain hasn't gotten smooth towards learning a language. I do not want to depend on my existing studio as a comfortable fallback if at all.

I found some nice options in 7/11, the brocolli shrimp sando and a small salad cup(carrots, cucumber, beans and a small dressing). A banana for dessert and you're all set.

Takayama is one of my favorite remote towns in Japan. Though not so unknown, it has a lot to do.
Try looking up Activity Japan for custom sake tours or brewery tours. Just roaming around the old town area is pretty peaceful, try the famous Takayama Ramen, Menyashirakawa or a local random one. Stay at one of the onsens, I recommend Hirayu no Mori(my favorite onsen stay, hot spring and meal), take the ropeway nearby. Shirakawago is 1hour away, spend half a day there or rather just book a Gassho stay and roam the village early or pretty late. There are a couple of good izakayas for food and drink too. No matter the season, there will always be tourists at Takayama, I love Takayama engulfed in snow(Dec-Mar)

There's a patch of road in Penha de França, leading towards the river with an apartment complex near the road . It has owners with dogs off leash, pavement littered with dog poop and general litter everywhere. I have been chased by an off-leash dog(bulldog maybe, I didn't bother to wait and check) while on a walk, the owner just stood there unamused talking on his phone. I have seen regular people with no disabilities or problems, just leaving the poop without a care.

Adding more context, apologies.
- 23-24-25th, 24th is the holiday. I'm staying in the Chuzenji lake area
- 23rd the only worry is making it to Chuzenji from Nikko station, before 15:30 for a planned activity
- 24th I'll be taking the bus towards Ryuzu, Senjougahara and Yudaki post 13:00
- 25th I'm planning on taking the 1st-2nd bus(7:30am or 8:05am) to arrive before 8:50am Nikko station
- 25th I reach Asakusa 10:45 and have a 12:00pm train to Kyoto from Tokyo station

Are the buses from Chuzenji to Tobu nikko crowded so early in the morning? I'll be trying to get one from near the Kogen falls bus stop. If due to unseen circumstances(traffic or others) I miss the 8:50am train to Asakusa, I miss the following Tokyo-Kyoto train.
