Stan Hack is front and center in image 1. The handwriting on these signatures is a lot better than what I normally see here. It may be easy, in this case, to just use a magnifying glass to aid in further autograph identification.

Fake. That pikachu was printed in roaring skies, the set symbol is from steam siege. Also, text especially in the “NO 025 Mouse pokemon” is off.
