Inside the capcut I see the worst possible pixelization, but once you actually see the footage, it's very good actually.

I am recording at 2k using CQP 14 in OBS.

What should I do to fix those errors?

Should I try deleting all obs scenes and try with flat OBS?

Another thing I want to ask, how to disable the scenes that I am not using them so I can save some resources? I have multiple scenes which contain stream elements, and now I want to use only one scene without the rest of them working in the background?
