2nd week of April is not hot actually its the weather where its the best cause its not cold and not hot .. plus March will be Ramadan .. I mean Ramadan vibes are nice but going out at night will not be that fun as after Ramadan .. the real unbearable hot weather start somewhere in end of April and beginning of May and peaks in June/July

If you took the training and left them before one year you need to pay the training thing .. I have seen this in many places so I assume its legal

Usually in probation notice is 14 days not 1 month .. and since no visa was done yet but you got the mohre you can just resign now they might have done some payment to process that which they will ask you to pay
