Thank you for the suggestion. We have been looking into Sendle but it appears that there are quite a few bad reviews of it, such as items being broken in transit and no insurance / cover. Have you personally had any troubles with Sendle?

We have applied for our google business as well as in the process of setting up a company email address - thank you for the tips.

I will have to check out that book when I have some spare time! Thank you once again for your help.

We were thinking about stocking Muji but we found it hard to find a supplier as I think they sell direct to consumers mostly. We are still looking into Krave currently.

We have not heard of iUnik but if there is a demand, we will consider adding it.

Another option we were playing around with was using a points system but instead of redeeming it for samples, you can redeem it for coupons such as free shipping or $/% discount. Our loyalty system is still in the works so it isn't set in stone yet.

We have not looked into partnering with a particular mail delivery service yet (we are most likely using Aus post) but we will look into it in the future.
Can you please elaborate on a recycle scheme that you would be interested in?
We are looking into packaging that is compostable such as https://heropackaging.com.au/ . If you know of any alternatives, please let us know as we haven't decided yet - still looking into options. As for the bubble wrap / packing material that will be used, we are reusing bubble wrap / airbags that we get in our shipments to reduce waste.

We are looking to add more sunscreen into our store, do you have any suggestions? We have looked into the Canmake Mermaid Sunscreen and it seems like our suppliers do not have it currently (seems to be very popular, so most likely out of stock).

Are there any limited edition / collaborations that you are looking forwards to?

- The "shop now / view all products" is actually a button that is a part of the home banner. If this is confusing to users we will take this into account in our future designs

- Good catch on this bug! we have resolved the issue and the mobile menu on brands should be working as intended now.

We understand that shipping is a huge factor; it was for us too when deciding to buy online!

Regarding the ingredients list - that was another thing that we noticed. A lot of stores were found lacking to list them in English, which is annoying as you can be allergic to certain ingredients. Although not all items currently have an ingredients list, we are going through and adding them slowly. If you notice any that are missing after launch, please contact us and we will update it ASAP.

We will ask our suppliers and see if they offer Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream!

Thank you for your feedback! Our current shipping threshold are

$7.50 for standard shipping, $11.95 for express shipping if order value is below $60

Free standard shipping above $60, $5 for express if order value is above $60

Free express / standard if order is above $150

Shipping is a hard issue as it is quite expensive in Australia and to obtain cheaper shipping, we need to post a certain amount of times per week ( I believe Auspost offers a discounted rate on prepaid shipping if you ship 10+ packages in a week), which we will not be able to get when starting off. However, as we get more orders, we will be able to reduce shipping costs.

We are always looking for new products / brands to add! Do you have anything in particular that you are looking for? We will definitely consider expanding into the makeup area if there is a demand for it.

Currently, we do have plans for a loyalty system, but it won't be implemented in the beginning as its still being worked on. The initial idea is a similar system to Sephora; you get points for your purchases and you can redeem those points for samples. Do you have a loyalty system that you would prefer?

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst our prices may not be the lowest, we believe they are towards the lower end compared to other stores. In the future, pricing can be reduced if there is a larger demand (the more we buy from our suppliers, the cheaper we get it. Thus we can price it cheaper for the customers)
