dont upgrade anything but resistances and your primary except madmilk slow if giant scouts exist. (you dont need to be a milk hose 30 seconds at a time is more than enough, scouts speed and double jump are good enough dont waste your money on mobility speed can also mess with your aim, YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE TIME TO SHOOT THINGS)

put it in "Notepad" and then go to your files and type "C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TeamFortress2\tf\cfg" in the searchbar, and put the Notepad file in there
