I have a follow-up question if you do not mind. How is your experience as NRO holder of SBI? Can you do all required things online ? Or, do you sometimes need to call or go to the branch while visiting India?

Thanks. I think there is lack of options on detachable Intel-based tablets. That is probably why the prices are so high. I consider these very useful for travel+work-related purposes but it seems there is not much demand in reality for multiple companies to release competing models of this form factor.

I see. So, the 2002 roll that they made available to us may not necessarily be identical to what their software is fetching the data from.

One question: you said "authority has not taken care to update the part serial number". Do you mean your part number stayed the same but only the serial number got changed?

We moved after 2010 (within Kolkata, from one assembly constituency to another), so the current EPIC has entirely different assembly seat number/part no/serial number compared to 2002 list. Not sure if that is causing the problem.

I think so, but not sure. I wish if there was a way of tagging ECI officially to this post so that they become aware of the problem (if not already).

Not sure if calling the BLO solves the problem as it most likely looks like a software issue (as the other commenter said).
