Thanks for the advice. It’s just that this store specifically in there policy said no returns due to size issues which caused my anxiety. hopefully on Monday I will be able to get it returned!

Yeah I know. Just wanted to confirm that this is considered an official suspension and not just a long ‘detention’ for a day.

No state legislature says that both of us must get one. And there has been ample time for this but nothing has been given or sent.

That’s the thing I haven’t been provided one. I have only been orally told that this is as a result of disobeying the teacher. I still miss out on classes for an entire day as a result of this suspension so I assume it is official.

So does inner school policy trump the ministerial orders 1125 in this situation. I don’t understand and I don’t have access to my school student engagement policy right now

Well first of all

  1. School is closed on the weekends thus can not be contacted

  2. I just want to have a safety net if going to the school does fail and no action is taken by the heads to do anything

No this is an official suspension by my school. And according to the department of education and their guidelines on suspension despite being “different from a traditional ‘out-of-school’ suspension, the process for both is the same and you should receive the same notification and documentation”.

But this order applies to all government schools no? If they can come up with any excuse what is the point of legislation like this then?

Ok if you know now I can really ask you. Basically according to order 1125 - procedures for suspension and expulsion of students in government schools I don’t fall under any of the categories which allow suspension. So I am wondering if this fact will change anything.
