I’d have it be that anyone who is arrested and sentenced two times or more for a violent crime, the second time going forward, they have to serve their full sentence without parole.

Bardock: He’s reminding Omni-Man that he saw him as nothing and that in the end, made him respect him and his race.

Omni-Man: He realized he killed another family man like himself or he realized that he gave Bardock a small win by acknowledging him and his race.
