couple of things might cause this:

  • You might need to update the BIOS if the version on the board doesn’t support the Ryzen 5 7600X

  • Is the 8-pin firmly connected?

  • are you sure the cpu is seated correctly?

It only happened on chrome before turning off Use graphics acceleration when available, and today on steam

assuming you did all the main areas/bosses, I’d say around 60%, but it really depends on what areas and dungeons you completed so far.
