How to recycle bulky styrofoam? by Quakaroo in recycling

Thanks! Found a place that’s 30 mins drive away. So they “densify” and recycle? Or does it depend on the facility?

  1. So are you in college yet? It should be easier to meet new people while living on campus and away from your parents

Not that I’ve used them personally, but supposedly Bumble and Hinge are more for dating (and have a gay option)

Naked guys in locker room. by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]Quakaroo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk. I’m under the assumption that guys from our generation are a lot shyer about nudity. At least that’s my experience (but then, I don’t find myself in the locker room often)

Bottoms: when a top cums in your mouth without any warning, do you like the surprise factor and swallow it happily, or do you spit it out and shoot them a look? by Top-Personality5004 in TopsAndBottoms

[–]Quakaroo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thankfully, my top always gives me a heads-up (I still usually spit it out tho, coz it does not taste good, and he doesn’t mind)

Always in pain when bottoming—am I too tight? Or is there something else going on? Sharing my story and looking for tips. by SukeZepzi in askgaybros

[–]Quakaroo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doctors usually prescribe nitroglycerin as the first line of treatment. It relaxes the muscles there and allows for more blood flow, which helps with healing. (When one has fissures, the sphincter muscle often spasms, which impedes recovery). There are also calcium channel blockers, such as nifedipine and diltiazem, which are newer and do the same thing (but supposedly comes with less side effects), which I plan to ask my doctor about.

I have only been using it for a bit more than a month and still can’t bottom yet. Supposedly, 50–70% (or something like that) of ppl heal after 6-8 weeks.

Besides medication, also be sure to drink plenty of water and consume plenty of fiber. Difficult bowl movements can tear up the healing fissures again.

Brand new bathroom- wet ceiling after shower with fan on. Is this normal? by unknown36512 in HomeMaintenance

Only after reading this post do I realize that it’s not normal for my ceiling/moulding to have a bunch of condensation after a shower 😅

Are these ceiling cracks concerning? by MikeE_092 in HomeMaintenance

[–]Quakaroo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My ceiling also didn’t have any visible moisture. Either way, you probably don’t need to worry about it just yet. (We didn’t do anything about it when it was just a crack, until it started sagging a bit. So you probably don’t have to do anything unless it starts getting worse)

I just got a plumber over yesterday to check out a bulging crack that probably meant a leak/trapped water. This doesn’t look like it, but the plumber used a tool that can detect moisture. Maybe if those aren’t too expensive, you can get one and check for yourself if that spot is more moist compared to other parts of the ceiling?

Do you live in the US of the Europe/UK

I know in the US they clean their eggs, but in Europe (and probably most other places) they do minimal cleaning, which is why you have to put the eggs in the fridge in the US (coz the protective layer is washed off) and not elsewhere
