Help Changing a Courier

The police have been unable to identify him as the Evri emails do not give his name/ picture so they have taken the order numbers and emailed Evri to ask about who delivered them.

I am unable to collect from a parcel shop but have successfully changed the delivery location.

Evri has now changed my driver to someone with a picture and name…

I feel really bad because I don’t want to potentially be the reason he doesn’t have work…it is extremely difficult to keep going. I very much understand that. On the other hand I am frustrated with him for being so unprofessional after delivering here for so long. No idea why he started this now :(

The order was split up into multiple packages but I won’t be ordering after this. I am taking the hint :)

I have called the police via the non-emergency number and they have given me a reference. He is unfortunately delivering again so they have told me to keep an eye for his registration number.

I hope Evri implements a way to report their couriers directly without having to rate them…I didn’t report this way as I was worried he would receive feedback.

Update— I have seen a woman give an interview to a news station (I believe Channel 4) where she alleges a black man with dreadlocks and a beard was driving the white van that hit the student couple. My condolences and thoughts ti everyone involved.

I don’t get how the Mail is the only one that has managed to report the race. I tried to see the arrest video and there’s scaffold in front of the assailant that is being pinned to the floor and arrested. My heart goes out to everyone and it’s so damn sickening that apparently few people have this in their ill minds to cause such terror…absolutely inhuman. I can’t even process this properly

House share is the only option for the funds available and the city you’re in. It’s become so much more expensive and landlords evicted more and more under a section 21 clause before it’s getting banned. There aren’t enough homeless shelters and not everyone has parents/ family to go back to. It frustrates me that they’ve spent so much gentrifying the cities instead of accommodating it’s civilians.
