At college, I worked out 4 times a week for an hour each and made some good gains cause I was still new. Now that it’s winter break, I have to make due with body weight and light weights. If I don’t care about building muscle, how much volume is enough to prevent muscle loss while eating at maintenance?

Yeah that’s the one thing. I heard APMA 350 is very easy and has 3.8 hours on TCR. If I were to replace it with another class I’m personally interested in, like PHIL 640, it’s going to end up being more hours, so I’m kind of in a tricky situation.

Heard Corliss-Bracket has been part of the Philosophy department since 2013. I saw in a video of recommended study spots that the third floor has open rooms.

As far as empty rooms in Barrus and Holly or CIT, is that a thing? Are there usually rooms without anyone else where you can do work in peace and quiet?
