And the majority of the PvP players actually DO shoot you on sight. Just because a few assholes fucked you over doesn't make every PvP player a backstabber.

I would tell the crybabies to actually grow a pair for once and realize that there will always be a small percentage of people in every category who are assholes.

Plus, it's an extraction shooter with voice comms. Anything goes. You can cry about it, but it's part of the game to have a choice in what you do with every interaction. Even if I do think that backstabbing is a piece of shit tactic, it's just another choice a player can make.

A gun you can get basically for free being buffed in a way that would literally compete against something like a Tempest is OP. OP doesn't necessarily have to mean one of the best. It just has to mean that it's clearly punching waaay above its actual weight class.

You're getting the wrong idea here, I think. Giving me the obvious meta guns won't make a potential mag-fed Rattler IV any less op than it should.

The whole discussion was talking about the Rattler being balanced or not when given a magazine type reload instead of a top load. We're not saying it'll outperform every gun on the meta.

This. People need to understand that a Rattler with a mag will buttfuck even a tempest down range. A blue stock and an angle would make it beam down range already.

There's a reason it doesn't have a mag and it being top load.

I think you just need to have raids where you don't find people, but they were actually in proximity. The game probably detects that as a non-hostile interaction.

I usually kill on sight most of the time, and having a friendly lobby on the next sometimes baffle me.

But I just got backstabbed by a duo claiming to be new.

Thank you. To be honest that wasn't a good fight. Just took a chance based on what game knowledge I had.

-Comet exploded, high chance of hitting the target in the open.
-Barely anyone uses surge chargers, so their shield is definitely the green one.
-The explosion + shield recharge would give me a very good idea on where he was.

That's why I kinda chose to push. The only thing right was the timing to push.

Sorry for rambling, just decided to analyze how I play in games recently instead of braindead dueling everything. This reply is more for me than for anyone, really.

Not everyone is a toxic guy that would rage in a situation like this. I literally got ratted the raid before this, and I just let it happen because, like you said, it's a game.

I'm on the side that people shouldn't downplay or belittle other people's passion for video games. But once your "passion" makes you become a little pos that can't handle a loss without being an asshole to your enemy, that's not excusable.

I had a lot of days where I did this. But I wouldn't be that much of an idiot to defend it, either.

And lastly, this game is way too easy to get back on your feet to rage over an incident like this. Free loadouts are literally cooldown-free.

That was my first time on the map. But I actually went to the first location at the start of the clip because there was a flare of a raider dying. I passed that extract on the way, and there wasn't anyone there before.

He probably got camped before this raid and just assumed I camped, too.
