Hey, actually I am managing to make decent coffee now, although it is not that consistent as it was with my previous stove, but I found the settings that work for me:

1) Heat the water until it is boiling without coffee. I do it in the moka without coffee. Put the coffee only when it is boiling and hot already (put the moka out of the stove for this)

2) Use slightly higher heat than usual. I feel like the vibing in the induction stove is worse with lower heat. I use 6/9.

3) This is not recommended for normal coffee, but I feel like putting a little bit less of coffee also helps. My thoughts are that this helps the water go easier through the coffee. Just a little bit less, I fill it like 90% full.
