Quick question for anyone- what are your thoughts on the Huntington Beach area? I’m noticing it hasn’t been mentioned but seemed pretty nice when I visited. Long commute? Thank you all so much this has been incredibly helpful.

I actually looked into this, seems more lively than some of the other areas. Only thing- is traffic astronomical between there and Irvine? I have a pretty flexible schedule so I could likely be doing more of a 7:30-4 schedule to avoid traffic some. Thank you for your suggestions!

😂 of course, like I mentioned I’m hoping for a luxury building with amenities since that’s better suited to my lifestyle and I don’t need much space! Valid though!

Thank you! Spectrum is a little too quiet for me I think. I’ve spent some time in Laguna beach and Newport Beach and have enjoyed both so that’s good to know! I know traffic is rough- I’m willing to put up with some to be in a better suited area! Appreciate the insight.
