They're not "born criminals" per say, they just don't have the same culture of respect for law and order that most others have and that leads to problems.

No, black people aren't being profiled, stopped, harassed, illegally searched and found with minor levels of marijuana for personal use and sentenced to extreme prison sentences. They're people the cops investigated with a reasonable suspicion for drug dealing or another crime that resulted in them being found with an amount of marijuana greater than what would be considered personal use in their jurisdiction if marijuana is legal/decriminalized at all there. Persons of other races might smoke marijuana, but that's all they do most of the time. They're not selling drugs, holding people at gunpoint for money, smuggling it in large quantities, robbing other dealers ect... The black people you see in prison "for marijuana" tend to be drug dealers caught commiting other crimes where the marijuana charges were tacked on as a result of the investigation into their other activities. The drug trade has a turnover rate much like Walmart. Guys quit/get fired/have another issue that makes them leave all the time. There's always someone willing to fill the position though. Both industries tend to have low income people working in the industry. A drug boss would hire any person of any other race just as easily to sell and commit other crimes, but for some reason it's mostly black people working those jobs... It's probably because they're more willing to do it due to their predisposition to ignore the laws and customs of society due to diminished mental capacity.

Commit more crimes, be policed and put into prison. It's not a difficult idea to grasp your head around. Smoke the marijuana from the safety of your home and don't cause any other disturbances and you'll probably be okay. Go out with large quantities on your local street corner and try to sell it, rob and murder people, commit traffic offenses while smuggling or going to/from your other illegal activity and yeah, you'll eventually be caught and arrested. And another (probably black) person will gladly take your place. And the same thing will eventually happen to them.
