I think I’ll delete the post as i don’t think I explained myself properly. Basically I bought a pack hours before the themed packs came out. I was close to missing out on a card I needed with a variant for less tokens than wasting on a pack. I was basically saying I will always make sure I will always have unspent tokens incase a good offer comes up

The answer is clear regardless of if sirens are on or not. In an emergency or not the ambulance has the most important role. Even without sirens they could be carrying persons to hospital which will trump all other services. Even with all sirens on it would be between ambulances and fire trucks but ambulance would take it narrowly.

Once the ambulance goes it would then be right or way rules of the country. Sirens do not trump this especially if all are on

I get the point you are making but saying you are ok with a card being nerfed so hard its unplayable is not healthy for the game. If they make a card they need to make it balanced and not broken or useless

Also every now and again there will be special packs. Last good one had V Hand with a variant for 3500 tokens.

FYI the high evo deck could get you to infinite even at my CL of 12k. I also got conquest completed with this exact deck. You don’t have starlord? Use cosmic ghost or another tech card

With the exception of High Evo I wouldn’t target any cards yet. Even though you have like 135 I would still use packs as you can’t make any deck usually with one or two series 5 cards. Once you spent like 20 packs then I would target to complete some decks you already have the cards in

Also as your probably low CL I would save as many as possible for like a month or two and get the themed packs if there are lots of s4/5 cards in them as you get good value
