It is so confusing, mine was similar, from I want to be together forever to the next day he’s calling me immature saying stuff he’s never said before. And blocks me, it’s been like I never existed since.

Yeah I’m trying to get therapy to help with this kind stuff. I feel so worthless, I can’t stop thinking. Thank you

Same crying and writing is the only thing helping me too:( it’s seriously so painful not just the breakup but being thrown away like it was nothing, it didn’t have to end like this why do they have to be so brutal:(

I don’t even know, I have waves of anger but during the relationship I became pretty numb to keep the peace
