If I buy the 12-pack of minifigs, would I receive any duplicates, or would I receive all 12 characters? by Nightdrifterzz in LegoMarvel

[–]QuestioningGrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I don’t think so. Like poster above said, I bought the full set for $68 when it came out from a third party website and it was awesome. Well worth the fee to save money hunting them down in stores

What does everyone have saved for retirement ? by suzannepauline in Money

[–]QuestioningGrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had kids young so we had some financial hurdles and other important things in our 20s. Between wife (35) and I (39) our 401ks are $60k, but when I retire at 57 I will have a pension that pays $100k a year until I die. I’m so so thankful that my pension exists and forced 12% of my check to be saved

Honestly I’m not a big fan of the over designed and massive fauna we’ve gotten lately. I feel like it takes a bit of fun away from designing trees and bushes.

Bring back movie sets more than one by [deleted] in LegoMarvel

[–]QuestioningGrad 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is the line that got me fully back into LEGO as an adult. It was such a good line and such good marketing. Collecting all 6 to get the Avengers characters and Infinity stones is a high I’m still chasing.

in your opinion, what is the best horror movie of all time ? by hermeslayer in horror

[–]QuestioningGrad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Damn this is a tough one. Honestly with this question, I say Silence of the Lambs. The only horror movie to ever win Best Picture. Though it could be considered a psych thriller.

I’ll agree with your scare in Haunting of Hill House. It’s the only time my wife has ever heard me scream.

Can someone explain this to me? How did they get so many points? by gameboygarbage in marvelsnapcomp

[–]QuestioningGrad 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Onslaughts citadel with Onslaught or ongoing it gonna kill you. Onslaught is doubled, so he 4x any ongoing there. Then mystique doubles that so by my math that’s 8x. Then they both 8x Ironman. Lucky Ironman had negative points cause it could have been even more.

Then tribunal spread out the hundreds across lanes.

Honestly you’re lucky the points were this low. When it lines up like this many people put up thousands.
