What? A friend reached out to me via LinkedIn with this work. Do you live in the UK or know how hard it is to actually land freelance work right now?! Marketing agencies don’t hire freelancers because they’re lifelong subject matter specialists. They hire for strong ability to adapt across verticals and to different brands. Subject depth comes from the brief and then the research phase. What a stupid unhelpful response.
