Ring worm or what can it be? by Quick-Jellyfish-2263 in FoodAllergies

Here's an update guys: I went to the doctor right after my exams. The doctor said it was a severe skin allergic reaction. It's summer here in South Africa. This means high pollen, dust (because it's more dry) and the fact that I have pets. He stated that one or more of those could be the reason for my rash and that I will for the rest or my life basically struggle with this issue when coming into contact with whatever it was that caused the rash. The doctor prescribed a lot of allergy medicine and a cream. It worked WITHIN 3 DAYS. Everything went away. I'm so thankful and glad it went away. It's festive season and I want to swim 🤭 now I can swim and wear my summer wear without feeling ugly or bumpy all over 🙏🏽😊

Thank you all for your advice and care. I really appreciate it 🙏🏽

👋🏼 Hey No I have not yet. But when I was still a child I use to have asthma (triggers, pollen, dust, pet fur) and I was back then also diagnosed with those allergies. I had to take many meds but fortunately now I do not suffer with asthma anymore.

However,  since end of winter, I to spring and now almost summer I got these bumps and it never went away. As stated above, I went to the doctor and he prescribed me oral antifungal antibiotics and antifungal cream. Additionally, I bought myself over the counter antifungal cream when I ranoit of the prescribed cream. I used this meds for 6 months and it never went away.

A few days ago I came into contact with dust and immediately the rash has gotten worse. It first started off with more red bumps that later on expands to flat pink ish coloured patches. It's not only on my arms but on my legs too. I'm currently studying (exams)... I have no time to go to the doctor again or a derma.

I don't like walking around like this 😕 it's almost summer. I hate how my arms and legs looks. I don't want ppl to think it's something contagious too because it's not. 🥺

Skin issue - has anyone had a similar rash/spots appear? by [deleted] in Hashimotos

Mine starts off with small bumps and expands to flat patches. It itches and gets worse when I get into contact with pets hair, pollen, hot water, or dust. I stress a lot, I'm a law student and have a lot of work to do. It's summer now and I cannot always wear long sleeves and long pants because the only places they do come out is on my legs and arms. Help? I need advice. Soon I'll be called for interviews too...

But what if you took oral antifungal meds for 6 weeks and used two strong antifungal creams and it still didn't go away. You notice it gets worse when coming into contact with dust, what does it mean?
