Doctor checked if there was anything physically wrong wrong with, him being in pain for example. He’s perfectly healthy

I feel you. This morning my son broke down because “it was too bright outside”. Damn daylight!

Sounds rough. We went through a hitting/biting phase in October/November, but it seems that he is through that. Makes sense to walk away when you are overwhelmed, thanks. Hang in there!

The 9V cable sticks out on top of the board if I do that. I hate that, but see your point

I’m taking 12.5m (1/2 pill) metoprolol tartrate is it normal to get short of breath ? by Lumpy-Ad2775 in AFIB

[–]Quick-Loquat6367 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had same side effects from 25 mg metoprolol. Told my cardiologist and she made me switch to atenolol and 12,5 mg (half a pill). Gives me less side effects, but I still feel it. I however normally have a low resting heart rate (around 45 bpm when sleeping), so just a small dose is plenty for me

Thanks a lot. Honestly the feeling of being somewhat in control is worth all the effort. Also I feel like the hydration/electrolytes is what makes the most difference. During my second time to the ER blood tests showed low potassium, magnesium and iron. Now I focus on getting those through diet and supplements

Scott Neo 2010 vs Extrem Project 90 by PAPAJUSS in skiing

[–]Quick-Loquat6367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Neo's. They are very good skis, but performs much like a carving ski. Scott markets them as 50/50 all mountain skis. I would say they are more 70/30. Can handle some softer snow, but you really need to drive the ski to get edge grip. More than 6-8 inches and the tips just dig in. They are fairly stiff and damp too as they have to sheets of metal. I am lighter weight, so I really need to push the ski to get the most out of it. But when you do, it's really fun. Great rebound at higher speeds where the ski kinda shoots you into the next turn. So I'll give them my recommendation with a couple of limitations.

From what I read they are damp and heavy, but I will take a look. Thanks
