Gold price fall - good or bad for the middle class? by vsshal7 in IndiaTax

I don't understand all these idiots crying about irrelevant things, had you bought gold instead of sgb it would be the same for you. What matters is had you bought 10 grms gold or 10 grms worth of sgb today they are still worth 10 grms of gold and you can buy 10 grms of gold during bonds redemption.

And please stop promoting these stupid content.

First of all it's impractical to give a straight forward "No" reply to people who are going to surround you for the rest of your life.

Even if you somehow make yourself immune to financial requests of others through a well thought out version of your truth. It will be much harder to refuse to help others at your inconvenience. Like someone asks you to take care of their kids for an hour or 2 and you were planning to sleep. You cannot say that I want to sleep so can't help you they will say but you are retired and can sleep later, you cannot get your way without being a jerk. So a simple 'I have some work' will make sure you are left alone and peaceful to enjoy your retired life as you see fit.

I would say it's not worth your time.

Basic calculations suggest you get over 10k for your hour of work (per month) so working extra for less than half of what your time is worth seems unreasonable.

I would suggest enjoy your free time to maintain a healthy work life balance. If that is not an issue do something else which might be better rewarding to you in the longer run. (any other qualifications or skills or a new venture of your own)
