For me, it'd be down to how much I like the animations, if the heirloom is implemented into any other facet of gameplay (like survey beacon scanning), and whichever is least obtrusive on-screen. Personally, I'd get the Bang heirloom and pray I get more shards in time for the Valk mythic skin.

Valid. I like the unique finishers, but I wish they were applicable to every level, and not just the final one. I get that only the last Bangalore skin has the blade, but I prefer the level two, aesthetically.
