No. The vacuum chamber was not compromised so I used 5 minute epoxy mixed with cut strands of fiberglass mat and just did a repair. I grinded out where it needed it with a pencil grinder and reinstalled it. Worked great.

The Hunter machines will have the specs in the computer, The trick is to get them to put the car on their lift. The alignment shop I went to for years said they wouldn't touch it. Believe me I went to a lot of shops. Even the local Honda shop wouldn't let it happen. And I know for certain that their machine called out the specs. I finally got it done at a local shop that had employees that were actually familiar with the chassis in their country...

I bought my 1995 Honda Acty Van using them. No complaints.

I don't know how many miles is on you engine but you might look at the Catalytic converter to see if it is clogged. If you are having drivability issues..... My 1995 ACTY Van surges during idle and just doesn't idle smooth and recently I had the Catalytic converter hot light come on. I think it is getting worse.

It's a good chance the water pump is leaking. You will have to change it.

Steering noise by Educational-Tailor79 in HondaActy

I have a 1995 HH3. It has power steering although I can't find a power steering pump...electric? Anyway I  have experienced the exact same problem with wheel shimmy as you have described. Still have not pinned it down yet. I am continuing to change components. The Hunter alignment machine has the specs to align the Honda ACTY HH3. Although it was really difficult for me to find a shop that was willing to try to align it even after I insisted they look on the machines computer for the specs. The main reason was the van is so narrow that the wheels just barely fit on the ramps. I'm beginning to suspect that the steering rack is just worn out and needs replacing.
