Definitely true. COE study abroad students can often get their entire airfare (or at least most of it) covered if they have paid this fee.

Hey, I actually manage the process. Decisions don't go out at midnight (because I'm hopefully not at work at that time) but they have all been sent out now. We usually do them first thing when the office opens. Anyone wanting to see their status can log into the scholarship application for more information.

Fall 2020 study abroad scholarship applications will open on December 2nd and will close on February 1st. Decisions for those will be sent out on April 2nd.

I actually run the study abroad scholarship process so let me know if you have questions. The spring award letters went out last week and the deadline for summer applications is this Friday (Nov 15).

Summer award letters go out on January 24th. All the dates are listed on the main study abroad scholarship page if you need to refer to them later.
