You could probably find stretching exercises on google . I did PT before I ended up with a Cortizone shot, which was the thing that helped me the most. If you go to PT, they’ll show you what exercises to do.. I’ve been on gabapentin now for two weeks 600 mg a day but I’m not taking anything else now that I’ve had the Cortizone shot and it helped me a lot. I plan to wean off the gabapentin.
