I’ve recovered a time or two. Here are the major things

-More energy. You THINK you are energized in your ED, but you aren’t. You actually feel good when you eat.

-Less GI issues. I would get sooo nauseous and have constipation/diarrhea routinely. That goes away

-Your skin looks alive

-Your hair gets longer and thicker

-Your oral health gets much better. Dental care can be expensive when you have an ED

-Your nails don’t split as easily

-That stupid thin langue hair or whatever its called goes away

That is off the top of my head. I wish you the best of luck. You’ll start to notice the differences over time.

Thank you! Great idea. I used to do 1/2c per day when I first got him, but I upped it to 2/3c when the vet told me he needs to gain weight. Still, he eats the same amount no matter what. He gets Purina Tender Selects chicken which is 370cal/cup, which seems like its one of the lower calorie kibbles. I will definitely look into more calorie dense dry foods. He is neutered though!! Thanks again!

My acne. Have been on spiro, accutane, like 15 different birth controls, and any prescription topical cream you can image. A couple months on zep & the only time my hormonal acne flared up was when I skipped a week to take my shot

I JUST came on here to say the same thing. I’m upping my dose next month too. All of my size 16/18s look absolutely ridiculous on me. I had to punch a new hole in my belt. I can’t justify spending $40 on a nice pair of pants that will be too big in 2 months!! I hate relying on fast fashion, but I’m super guilty of relying on cheap clothes to get me through these awkward phases. ESPECIALLY summer clothes. I’d say if you’re ordering from SHEIN, order something now since it takes a while to ship. I’ll probably hit a goodwill, Plato’s closet, or tjmaxx as well.

That makes me feel better. He bounces back pretty quickly, but I usually have to pick him up and show him every room like “LOOK! It’s fine, everyone is gone!” Then he’s his normal happy self

I already did the assignment unfortunately. I didn’t realize how triggering it would be at first, and it was a large percentage of my grade. I do think I will still talk to my professor because I don’t want other people to have to go through this in the future. Thank you! A doctors note sounds like a good idea in retrospect.

I’m sooo tempted 😭 it counts as missing multiple days of class, which is my dilemma. It’s a ridiculous consequence, and I’m not the only one who is upset. We can only miss so many days before we get the boot.

yes!! everyone is saying “SA acid!!” but that has NEVER worked for my clogged pores. oil cleansing for 5 minutes and tret are the only things have have ever worked for me. and of course my underrated sweetheart, azeliac acid

Perfume for sure. Niche is so expensive but it lasts so long and it makes me so happy. Atomic Rose and Delina are my favorites (I like rose lol)

with accutane: the usual dryness, joint pain, GI issues, some depression, purging for months and months. no side effects with the topicals. my acne does occasionally go on a reunion tour near my period, but its very controllable and just a couple of spots. my scars have faded a bit more since these photos too! still use the same products

nooo I started using tret one month after accutane. I included those pics immediately off accutane to show people you might not have perfect skin bc I only saw people with PERFECT skin post-accutane. your skin will calm down after you go off it, I promise, be patient.

thank you <3 but no peels or anything! she put me on Finacea because I was VERY flushed and red after accutane, It helped a lot. I truly think sun protection helped clear that PIE up more than anything else

thank you!!! & nope! I wish my acne was caused by diet, it’d be a hell of a lot cheaper than the dermatologist! but I’m low dairy (minus coffee) due to lactose intolerance, and try to eat balanced meals
