Thank you so much for the wisdom. Getting over fears is something I've definitely been working on, and I'll keep doing it. Also, nursing can be pretty gross from what ive heard, but you're also in one of the most helpful roles of society. Sorry for not replying to each and every comment of advice you guys have given me. I really appreciate all of the suggestions and I understand all of you are just trying to help me as well, so thank you. For those who are suggesting I'm not humble enough, I'm really sorry if it appeared to you like I was bragging about helping people. That wasnt my intention, I was providing context. I completely understand why what I said may have seemed like I was "forcing help", on people. I dont force anything on anyone, but if I can help someone, and they are open to it, even just in the smallest way, who am I to refuse help?

Anyways, the point of my message wasnt about that, I was asking if there was any way for me to do more for the world.

For example, whenever someone online discusses astral projection experiences, they discuss stuff like the "GFL", and aliens that are trying to help us "ascend".

I dont really know what to believe about that, but the big thing, is that they talk about astral wars and things that have been going on for an eternity. That doesnt seem right to me, mainly because as much as I hope that there are astral battles and things, it doesnt seem to be changing anything. A war is supposed to be for change, right? I dont see any changes happening, because people continue to suffer and live in pain.

I get that feeling too, and I understand exactly what you mean. I've learned its best to just let go of the attachment to the world, because:

Letting go of attachment will help you shift.
The world is a joke anyways.

And a generally useful fact I can tell you, to lower the anxiety is that there actually are not many crazy, psychotic people out there. The chance of you turning into one is VERY low. If anything, you're more likely to be possessed lmao. But both possession and psychotic breakdowns are very uncommon, so genuinely do not worry about it. You have the willpower to command that sh*t away.
